I’ve spent the past 25 years in real estate, working in just about every corner of the business—valuation, acquisitions, asset management, and sales. My career started as an appraiser, where I learned how to look at all kinds of properties—from single-family homes and apartment buildings to ranches, vineyards, and commercial spaces.

Along the way, I started investing myself, managing rental properties and originating private loans. More recently, I’ve overseen portfolios of residential, commercial, and multi-family units and worked as an acquisitions analyst for a national fix-and-flip company.
